Participants can register without paying the fee immediately, but the deadline for payment of registration fees is 31st January 2014. .
Registration form duly filled-in should be sent to the Organizing Secretary along with the registration fee by 31st January, 2014. Registration will be confirmed only after the receipt of the fee.
